Membership
Membership is open to all persons directly and indirectly involved with volunteers in the Peel Region. The membership year is from September to August.
Membership entitles you to:
PVAN’s membership fee is $40.00 per year due annually by September 30. Memberships are accepted after this date; however, your ability to access all the benefits of membership may be delayed.
Individual or agency memberships are available. Member agencies can have one representative per membership (the membership is transferable for agencies).
NEW THIS YEAR! Students in volunteer management programs can join PVAN for only $20.00!
Membership entitles you to:
- Informative monthly workshops designed to enhance and broaden management skills
- Opportunities to network with peers in person and via-email
- Use workshops towards PAVR-O Certification as a Volunteer Resources Management Professional
- Opportunity to apply for a PAVR-O conference bursary
- Opportunity to become involved in other regional events and committees
- Voting privileges at the Annual General Meeting and opportunities for involvement on the Executive Committee / task groups
